How does it work?

 Isa uses a unique blend of modalities (Reiki, Timeline therapies, Matrix therapies, Masculine & Feminine therapy, NLP), that she has mastered over the years to create a deep and powerful combo to help and support you on all levels!

 We will start with a 15 min intake chat, where we will explore where you're at, and what blocks or challenges you might be going through.

 We will then proceed with a 45 min relaxing and profound Reiki healing where Isa channels Reiki's natural life force energy, to open your chakras and release what needs to be let go. You lay down with your clothes on while she channels the Universal Life Force and gently puts her hands on your body to let the energy flow into you. It balances, heals and harmonies all aspects of the person - body, mind, emotions and spirit, encouraging deep relaxation and the release of stress and tension, and promoting both awareness and spiritual growth.

 Our body exists of many layers that makes "us" & where past experiences, fears, doubts, emotions etc can create blocks. Those blocks can in turn create dis-ease (these can be felt on your body as headaches, back pains, etc) which are our body's ways of bringing those blocks that need healing to our attention. Reiki works by cleansing and balancing our energetic field layer by layer, clearing those blocks, and allowing for our energy to flow again. It activates and helps your body to heal itself (this can be physical or emotional). Everyone reacts differently but usually you will feel very relaxed and sleepy after the healing.

 During your healing, Isa will be picking up on what chakras are blocked, what emotions or beliefs may cause this, what crystal or grounding technique you need etc. Isa can also pick up on a Passed Over Loved One that's there for you, or a Spirit Animal that has a message for you.

 After your Reiki healing, Isa will then create a unique blend of coaching techniques adapted to exactly what you need at that time, depending on what came up during your energy healing. We will then be able to go to the source (emotion, belief...) and work through your body by tapping in your unconscious mind and going all the way back to the initial wound (this is mostly from your childhood, but can also be Past-Life or Generational).
